Fitness Journey

I have been active for as long as I can remember. I have played a variety of sports since I was five years old in both organized leagues and for fun over the past 18 years.

Since college, I have continued my passion for fitness through running, exercise classes, and IM sports leagues. I want to exhibit to all college students that you don't need to be a professional athlete to remain active and actually enjoy it.
